If your frame should, against all odds, be lost during delivery or get damaged when new lenses are fitted (which is very uncommon), we will always do our best to find a fair and safe solution.
New frame (maximum 1 month old)
If your frame is no more than 1 month old, we will compensate up to 100% of the purchase price, with a maximum of 2,500 SEK.
To be eligible for compensation, you must be able to provide a receipt that is no more than 1 month old, and the frame must be in very good condition, showing only minimal signs of use.
We will also refund the cost of the lenses you ordered via swopti.co, provided that the lenses are returned to us.
Alternatively, you may send in a new frame, and we will re-lens that one instead.
Used or older frame
Lens replacement in used or older frames is done at your own risk.
It is very uncommon for a frame to break during lens replacement, but since materials can age and become more brittle over time, there is always a certain risk.
We will however refund the cost of the lenses you ordered via swopti.co, provided that the lenses are returned to us.
Alternatively, you may send in a new frame, and we will make new lenses for that frame.
Important additional information
Swopti reserves the right to assess the condition of the frame in the event of damage.
Even if a receipt is provided, compensation may be adjusted if the frame is clearly worn or if other circumstances raise doubts regarding the purchase date or the condition of the frame.
