Refund policy

As lenses are custom-made specifically for you and your frames, we are unfortunately unable to accept returns. We do, however, guarantee that the lenses are correctly ground according to the prescription and specifications you provide. Should any errors occur in the grinding, we will refund you or offer to re-grind the lenses.
